I am a professional Backgammon Player and teacher from New York City. I have also been teaching chess in private school programs for over a decade. I currently reside in London, England.

I discovered the game of backgammon while working at the Village Chess Shop in NYC where I studied and played these games daily. This experience opened up the world of teaching chess and backgammon in schools around the city, and I have never looked back.
